Lyrical Nonsense XVII

Because of my current bouts with melancholy, I’ve been listening to a lot – I mean a lot – of Under the Blacklight lately [although the album isn’t necessarily a downer. I think it is because Jenny Lewis’s voice is so sad], and this is my one of my favorite lyric from the album, if not my most favorite. It’s from the opening track, “Silver Lining”.

i never felt so wicked
as when i willed our love to die

And speaking of Rilo Kiley lyrics, can anyone tell me what “Déjalo nuestra cosa” translates into in English? My best guess is “Leave our things”. [Click here for the answer]
